The latest Verse Piece update just dropped, and it’s packed with fresh content that’ll have players scrambling to log back in. Whether you’re hunting rare loot or just here for the holiday vibes, the Easter Egg Event is your ticket to a ton of new challenges and rewards.
Let’s break it down. Two brand-new bosses are now roaming the world—Crimson Markman and Frieren—both spawning every 10 minutes, so you’ve got plenty of chances to take them down. And trust us, you’ll want to. Crimson Cutter, a sleek new sword, has a 1% drop chance or can be scored through event exchanges. I managed to land one after a few intense battles, and it’s worth every swing.
Frieren also drops a new special ability, but there’s a twist—you won’t be able to use any skills until you find and activate a Spell Scroll first. It adds a nice layer of strategy, especially if you’re diving into the fight unprepared.
You’ll also find three new accessories to customize your loadout: the Black Suit and Elf Halo (both exchangeable), and the Crimson Halo (boss drop). Feeling flashy? Go earn the new Easter Master title to show off your seasonal grind.
On top of that, Gilgamesh now has a slick new “F Move,” but to trigger it, you’ll need the Sword of Rupture, which drops from his loot pool.
Don’t miss the Rod of Light, either—this fishhook is tucked behind the cave and might be your next favorite hidden gem.
And yes—Padoru is back! Buffed and better than ever for the Easter rerun. A few bugs got squashed too, making everything feel smoother overall.
There are also in-game codes available, so don’t forget to redeem those for a leg up!
Tried out the new bosses or unlocked Frieren yet? Let’s swap tips and talk strategies in the comments—got a few tricks up my sleeve I’m happy to share.
